Axentia is a leading company in developing low-power information systems for the public transport sector.
With over 20 years of experience and unique products Axentia has become one of the leading suppliers on the global market with an installed base of approximately 30 000 units.
Headquarted in Linköping, Axentia has in-house R&D for both software and hardware, as well as assembly of displays.
Organisation structure
From July 2024 Axentia Group AB (publ) has a bond issued on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Axentia Group AB is a privately held company majority-owned by Adelis Equity Partners alongside management. Adelis acquired the majority of the company in July 2020.
The operating entity is Axentia Technologies AB.
