Green Finance Framework

Axentia’s Green Finance Framework strengthens the connection between Axentia’s sustainability strategy, business model and investments in energy-efficient public transportation infrastructure and circular economy initiatives.

The framework is aligned with the ICMA Green Bond Principles 2025 and Green Loan Principles 2025 and has received Sustainable Fitch’s highest assessment, “Excellent.”

The framework covers two eligible categories:

• Digital Public Transport Infrastructure – energy-efficient real-time passenger information systems, digital timetables and cloud-based solutions that support more attractive and accessible public transportation.
• Circular Economy – investments that promote longer product lifespans, reparability, recyclability and resource efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
